Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon
Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Scenic Area is located in Cili County, Zhangjiajie City. The canyon is lush with vegetation and fresh in air. Flying waterfalls and gurgling streams can be seen everywhere, like a natural oxygen bar. Besides enjoying the natural scenery, the highlight of the scenic area is the glass bridge – Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. Standing on the bridge, you can have a panoramic view of the valley floor 400 meters below your feet, which is a real test for your nerves. There are direct buses from Zhangjiajie urban area and Wulingyuan Scenic Area to the Grand Canyon, and it takes about 20 - 30 minutes to get there. As you enter the scenic area, the first thing that catches your eye is the glass bridge spanning the two sides of the canyon. The middle section of the bridge is connected by fully transparent glass. Friends who love taking photos can lie on the bridge and start taking a lot of pictures. Keep going forward. After passing through Shenquan Gorge and the Ladder Plank Road, you'll arrive at the Skyline Gap. Here, you can get up close and personal with the canyon cliffs. Keep moving forward, take the slide to the foot of the mountain, and then take a cruise to leave the scenic area.
