Wulingyuan
Wulingyuan Scenic Area is located in the northwest of Hunan Province. It is a national 5A - level tourist attraction and belongs to Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City. It consists of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, National Geopark, Suoxi Valley, Tianzi Mountain and Yangjiajie, with a total area of 369 square kilometers. Among them, the area of the central scenic area is 264 square kilometers. The scenery here is naturally beautiful without excessive artificial carving. It is famous for its rare trees, strange mountains and waters, and continuous ridges, and is well - known for its peaks, valleys, waters, forests and caves.
There are rare quartz sandstone peak forests at home and abroad in Wulingyuan Scenic Area, which are known as "Three Thousand Wonder Peaks".
